[Oct.23] Milos plays Gilles Muller (ATP#81) second-up on "Agora" (Centre Court) tomorrow at about 2pm (9am ET, 6am PT). It looks like it will not be on Canadian TV  -- post a comment if you see it's available! "In other news" both Tipsarevic and Tsonga withdrew due to injuries; this changes Milos' "on paper" path to the Final to: 1) G.Muller (#81) 2) A.Dolgopolov (#21)  3) G.Simon (#17) 5) J.Isner (#14) 6) D.Ferrer (#5). Obviously neither Simon nor Isner would be pushovers, but Milos' odds of making to the Final have just improved somewhat. Good luck tomorrow, Milos!

[Oct.24] Disappointing loss today, to Muller. This is the tenth time Milos has been upset this year; however, he has more than made up (points, at least) by himself upsetting higher-ranked players eight times, including twice each Almgaro, Tipsarevic and Murray.

  1. Bummer indeed. Unfortunately I couldn’t watch due to work… Again, this goes to show even more that the results rest much on Milos’ shoulders. Other players are pretty much just hoping they get to face the right Milos when game-time comes… Must suck to be Milos’ opponent! : )

  2. Tough Loss at Valencia for Milos.
On the upside has been a good year.
All the best for rest of the year

    • Yes, a major disappointment, and a missed opportunity. I was particularly looking forward to the match with Dolgo. At least it’s at a 500, so the impact on points will not be great. On to Paris!

  3. I voted : ).

  4. When does Milos play? I can’t seem to find it online

  5. Dolgopolov won’t be all that easy. As wacb says, they both are the future of tennis. Milos has already beaten Tipsarevic who should be tired with all the tournaments he is playing just now. Let’s see how Milos is doing, as he had a small week of training in Barcelona. He could go as far as to play Tsonga. Go Milos ! Play as well as against Murray in Tokyo !

  6. I love how Raonic always ends up facing Tipsarevic, another must-see coming up I hope! Also, cool to see another up-and-comer match-up, Nishikori, Dolgo, Milos, these guys are the top players of the future!
